Red signal light
A red LED normally means that no optical light is being received.
- Check the fibre cable is connected to the green port.
- Avoid disconnecting the fibre unless support asks you to.
- Contact support if the red light remains.
No lights
Check the power supply and socket. This model commonly uses a 5V 1A barrel-jack power supply.
