Normal status
The network-link arrows should show that the connection to your router is active.
One to three signal bars indicate that optical light is being received. The displayed signal level does not determine your package speed.

Fibre ONT – Type 1
Gigabit optical fibre terminal light and fault guidance.
Three orange LEDs
This normally indicates loss of optical light.
- Check that the fibre cable is securely connected to the green port.
- Do not sharply bend or pull the fibre cable.
- Contact support if the lights do not return to normal.
No lights
Check the power supply and wall socket. This unit commonly uses a standard 5V 1A Micro-USB supply.
