We will only increase our prices if we have to and have never increased our prices even when our own costs have increased. Instead we have worked to keep costs under control without passing them on to the customer. If we ever have to increase our prices we will clearly explain the reasons behind it.
We built, own and operate our own Fibre Network, so we're not just a reseller like many other ISPs.
This means we have the knowledge, expertise and full visibility of our network and can offer a faster service to you while not having to deal with call centers that have no real knowledge of their networks.
