You will need to contact support@ultranetworks.co.uk to obtain the PPPoE Login details for the router.
We recommend disabling 'Band Steering' as this will give you seperate 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz WiFi so you can choose which one to connect to rather than leaving it to your device.
The Default WiFi password is on the bottom of the router.
