You will need to contact support@ultranetworks.co.uk to request your PPPoE login details
TIP: Disconnect the cable going into the Blue WAN port before starting.
Remember to connect it back at the end.
TIP: It is easiest to follow this guide with a Laptop connected to the router using an Ethernet cable.
(this process can be completed using a phone on WiFi but you will need to reconnect when you set a new WiFi name / password )
